Jak Mierzyć Kapitał Relacyjny?

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest: wskazanie na istotę relacji międzyorganizacyjnych, zdefiniowanie kapitału relacyjnego wraz z wyodrębnieniem jego elementów składowych, przedstawienie metod i narzędzi pomiaru kapitału relacyjnego z wyszczególnieniem przykładowych mierników oceny kapitału relacji, określenie wpływu kompetencji relacyjnych na rozwój kapitału relacyjnego w aspekcie długofalowym oraz przedstawienie zastosowania pomiaru kapitału relacyjnego.
