The Synergistic impact of three pillars of human intelligence EQ, CQ, and Communication Quotient on Organizational Success

Abstract

Many studies have been conducted to discover the different quotients of human intelligence because it attracts the interest of both the popular literature and within academia. The primary aim of this paper is to explore the interplay between different quotients of human intelligence including emotional intelligence quotient , communication quotient and creativity quotient to foster a culture of innovation and increasing productivity and employee satisfaction . Data for the study were collected for the field study from124 administrative employees working in private schools in Beirut, Lebanon to explain the importance of these three quotients.The descriptive analytical method was used depending on a closed survey to collect data. The findings show a relationship between the three quotients. emotional intelligence effects interpersonal relationship which positively effects strategic and therefore improve their employment competitiveness and administrative skills.
