Abstract

Die zweijährige Forschungsarbeit zeigt, wie Familienbetriebe auf dem Arbeitsmarkt positioniert sind. Dafür untersuchte die Technische Universität München unter Leitung von Prof. Dr. Alwine Mohnen empirisch zahlreiche Aspekte des Personalmanagements in Familienunternehmen: Von der Gewinnung von Fach- und Führungskräften über die Weiterbildung und Entsendung von Mitarbeitern bis hin zur Mitarbeiterbindung. Dabei wurden insgesamt 5.375 Befragungsdaten von Bewerbern, Mitarbeitern, Personalverantwortlichen und Geschäftsführern ausgewertet.
