Abstract: Poultry farming in the Russian Federation is a dynamically and successfully evolving branch of agricultural production at the present stage of national economic development. The question of effective and efficient feeding in aviculture has always been a very acute problem. In the struc-ture of the final cost of products formation feeding stuffs reach 75% according to various es-timations. The most expensive in the production of feed mixtures are suchprotein components of the food ration as fish meal and bone tankage, soy and sunflower meal, protein additives and concentrates. However, as the study shows, the possibilities of such high-protein cultures, as soybean are not fully in use for feed production. Along with soybean and its processed prod-ucts, it is also possible to use food waste products from the meat and fish industry, in respect that the waste processing of poultry is more than 30% of the bird’s carcase weight. These com-ponents of the feedstuff are also quite valuable, because they are rich in high-grade protein and able to meet the daily demand of poultry in amino acids. Until now, it has not been paid enough attention to applied researches, related to obtaining binary soy-meat and bone meal, soy-fishbone meal, soy-herb and soy-luminaria feed mixtures. In such combinations, the mois-ture contained in the raw material is average and, therefore, it is possible, at least twice, to re-duce the energy costs for its removal during drying. At the same time, as a result of the analyti-cal review, it was revealed a contradiction between the desire and endeavor of producers to improve the efficiency of poultry production by finding rational methods of preparation, appli-cation of modern technologies and improved technical means in the preparation of feed pellets based on binary compositions on the one hand and a known level of scientific knowledge about the laws of obtaining meat-bone, fish-bone or vegetable-grass pastes, the processes of averaging of moisture in the binary compositions and mechanisms of formation of the final product, namely, seals, molding pellets with a low crumbling and their subsequent drying on the other hand. In this connection, studies aimed at improving lines for production of feed products in the form of protein-mineral and protein-vitamin compositions using soy component are relevant and have important economic significance. The presence of this problem is also due to the lack, at modern stage of development, of special equipment and technologies, as well as scientifical-ly-based data for the design and construction. The paper proposes the design of a promising device ¬- a press granulator designed for the preparation of granulated feed for poultry on the basis of soy-meat and bone compositions and the results of experimental studies

Two case studies are used, first one analyzed the (H-Q) curve for axial flow with high specific speed, NS, when the H-Q curve having undesirable dip due to incorrect design of the impeller. The second case study is the parallel operation for two devices (pumps) for different (H-Q) curves, the joint the curves of combination which having important point, until the suitable and working point which reached, the first one doesn’t transfer the flow. The second pump can begin to fund to the flow, it is for this reason that in such a case, the second pump should be started first and then the first pump, locate this point provides us with energy and maintenance costs. The results shown that the normal cubic interpolation which will useful to interpolate these types of curves to obtain the undesirable overshooting points than constrained cubic spline

Abstract: Malaysia is among the lushest places on Earth with nearly countless varieties of flora and fauna residing within it. An interesting one being the palm oil tree, a stereotypically tropical sight. A specific variety of it known as Elaeis, is used to extract palm oil from it. Apart from being a nutrient rich vegetable oil consumed by people as an edible, it is also used to a lesser degree for refinement into biodiesel for energy. A tree so abundant in Malaysia and has the potential to be a viable energy source is definitely something that needs a closer examination of on its potential. Which is what this study aims to do

Furumoto - 59-66 Experimental Investigations On Emissions Characteristics Of A Variable Compression Ratio Engine Operated On Dual Fuel Mode Using Diesel And Biodiesel (Obtained From Cotton Seed Oil And Rice Bran Oil) Abstract: The essential goal of this investigation was to break down the free oscillatory motion of dynamic systems and the powers related with the motion. This is the investigation of a free vibration of two states of a spring mass system that is un-damped and damped. Free vibration happens when a mechanical system is set in motion with an underlying info and permitted to vibrate unreservedly. Cases of this kind of vibration are pulling a kid back on a swing and lifting up or hitting a tuning fork and giving it a chance to ring. The mechanical system vibrates at least one of its regular frequencies and damps down to motionlessness. A definitive objective in the investigation of vibration is to decide its impact on the execution and security of the system concerned. Subsequently the investigation of oscillatory motions is an imperative advance towards this objective. The investigation demonstrates that damping proportion (ζ) is directly proportional to current. The lighter the current, the lighter the damping ratio, and the more grounded the damping power
by Sundar. K & R. Udayakumar & Shashank Khurana - 67-73 Controllable Vibrating System To Enhance The Performance Of Heat Pipe Evacuated Tube Solar Collector . Abstract: Mechanical vibration is used to excite a heat pipe evacuated tube solar collector (HP-ETSC), where two (HP-ETSC’s) are built identically to compare the performance of the solar collector with and without applying vibration. A controllable vibration system was designed and manufactured for increased the total collector efficiency. The vibration system consists of a motor with adjustable rotating unbalanced mass and a control circuit. The velocity (frequency) of the motor is controlled by mean of an Arduino circuit that applies the controlling signal in the form of pulses over a certain period of time. The vibration is applied on one of (HP-ETSC’s) and the other is left in static condition under Iraq winter climatic conditions. The enhancement on the thermal performance at different frequency values (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Hz) and the three volumetric water flow rates are discussed. Results indicated that the evaporation and condensation heat transfer coefficients increased with vibrational frequencies, and the vibrational frequencies effectiveness depended on the water flow rate and the working conditions. The two heat transfer coefficients, hot water temperature and the total collector effectiveness of the HP-ETSC with controllable vibration system increased by 40%, 20%, and 22% during the test conditions

Abstract: The function of vibration is to smooth the flow of hot air into the Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) which is put on the drying trays, so during drying process the door of drying chamber are not necessarily to be opened. The vibration components are placed just below the drying trays and consist of electrical motor, spring, total mass and unbalance mass which is connected to the motor shaft. RDF Dryer machine in this research would not take heat energy from coal fuel but from dried RDF fuel through shell and tube heat exchanger. Beside that, the research would not take electrical energy from government company but from micro hydro power plant. The objective of this research is to perform analysis and innovation on RDF dryer machine. This research uses observation, analysis and innovation methods and the material tested in the drying chamber was RDF. The total length of the RDF dryer machine is 5.8 m and its drying chamber has a dimension of: Length 4 m, Width 3 m, and Height 2 m. Based on the analysis and innovation result the optimal motion of the samples being dried occurred at angular speed near its natural frequency. Analysis heat Transfer was obtained that the average air temperature in the drying chamber could be achieved by the utilization of shell and tube heat exchanger. Shell and tube heat exchanger was made of aluminium material with a thickness of each material of 0.001 m. Analysis electrical energy was obtained that electrical power output more than required electrical energy by RDF dryer machine
