Berufliche Weiterbildung und Existenzgründung

Abstract

In Deutschland werden vielfach hohe Anforderungen an die berufliche Qualifikation von Existenzgründern gestellt. Im Handwerk, aber auch in bestimmten freiberuflich organisierten Tätigkeitsbereichen sind Existenzgründungen nur mit einem qualifizierten Berufsabschluß möglich. Darüber hinaus gibt es für Existenzgründer und für Arbeitnehmer gleichermaßen immer weniger eine Garantie, daß die in der Ausbildung erworbenen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten ein Erwerbsleben lang ausreichend sind. Wirtschaftlicher und technologischer Wandel erfordern vielmehr in vielen Bereichen vermehrte Investitionen in Bildung und Weiterbildung.
