Erwerbsformen im Wandel: Integration oder Ausgrenzung durch atypische Beschäftigung? Berlin und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland im Vergleich

Abstract

Seit den 80er Jahren haben atypische Erwerbsformen gegenüber dem traditionellen Normalarbeitsverhältnis in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland an Bedeutung gewonnen. In der arbeitsmarktpolitischen Debatte gilt das Interesse an Erwerbsformen wie Leiharbeit, geringfügige und befristete Beschäftigung deren Beitrag zur Arbeitsmarktintegration. Diese Studie beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, ob atypische Erwerbsformen den Übergang in reguläre Beschäftigung eher erleichtern oder erschweren. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf dem Risikopotential atypischer Erwerbsformen mit Blick auf den zukünftigen Erwerbsverlauf.
