Abstract

Wie tragen die Akteure in ländlichen Regionen wirksam dazu bei, die Region wirtschaftlich lebendig zu erhalten? Wie motivieren sie sich gegenseitig zu einer Aufgabe, die sowohl im eigenen als auch im gemeinsamen Interesse ist? In einer Fallstudie im Bergischen Land wurde die Bedeutung von Empathie und Verantwortlichkeit für das gemeinsame Handeln untersucht.
