Abstract

Das vorliegende Gutachten adressiert ökonomische und pharmapolitische Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit der Referenzierung auf europäische Arzneimittelpreise bei der Festsetzung von Erstattungsbeträgen gemäß des Arzneimittelmarktneuordnungsgesetzes (AMNOG). Wir danken dem Vorsitzenden der AMONG-Schiedsstelle, Prof. Dr. Jürgen Wasem, für kritische Kommentare und wertvolle Anregungen zu einem Vorentwurf des vorliegenden Discussion Papers. Die Beschreibung der Ausgangssituation umfasst eine kurze Darstellung des Projekthintergrunds, die Ableitung der Untersuchungsfragen sowie eine Skizzierung des methodischen Vorgehens.
