Zur theoretischen Fundierung einer vorausschauend lenkenden Strukturpolitik

Abstract

Im vorliegenden Aufsatz wird untersucht, ob die Volkswirtschaftslehre einen Beitrag zur theoretischen Fundierung einer vorausschauend lenkenden Strukturpolitik leisten kann. Zu diesem Zweck werden vier ausgewählte Theorien auf ihre Eignung als Basis einer vorausschauend lenkenden Strukturpolitik analysiert. Ausgewählt wurden theoretische Ansätze, von denen am ehesten ein Beitrag zur Erklärung und Prognose struktureller Wandlungen erwartet werden kann und die am häufigsten zur Begründung einer vorausschauend lenkenden Strukturpolitik herangezogen werden. Es handelt sich um die Stadientheorie von Walt W. Rostow, die Sektorentheorie von Jean Fourastie, die Zyklentheorie von Joseph A. Schumpeter sowie um die Evolutionstheorie von Richard R. Nelson und Sidney G, Winter.
