Flächendeckende Absicherung von Elementarrisiken

Abstract

Nach jedem größeren Elementarschadenereignis häufen sich die Rufe nach Pflichtversicherungslösungen, ohne dass hier die Frage gestellt wird, ob solche Risiken überhaupt versicherbar sind. Gerade bei Elementarrisiken gibt es aber einige Hindernisse, die bei einer fairen Lösung sowohl für Versicherte und Versicherungsunternehmen als auch für die Gesellschaft insgesamt bewältigt werden müssen.
