Korporatisierung als gesundheitspolitische Strategie

Abstract

Dieser Essay untersucht verschiedene Phasen van Gesetzgebungsaktivitaten im Gesundheitssektor, speziell die Einfiihrung oder Revision van Krankenversicherungsgesetzen. Unter komparativen Aspekten sind diese Ffille besonders aufschluBreich, weil die Interessen der beteiligten Akteure konstant bleiben, wahrend ihre strategischen Praferenzen in Abhangigkeit van politisch-institutionellen Konstellationen variieren. Diese InstitUtionen werden hier als "sets" van politischen Reprasentanten verstanden, welche unmittelbar auf Veranderungen des Wahlerverhaltens antworten, so daB institutioneller Wandel im Zusammenhang sich verandernder strategischer Umwelten betrachtet werden kann.
