Abstract

Dieser Artikel argumentiert, dass Finanzmarktspekulationen mit Agrarrohstoffen volkswirtschaftlich sinnvoll und moralisch erwünscht sind. Sie rigide einschränken oder gar verbieten zu wollen, wie es von Seiten zahlreicher zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen derzeit gefordert wird, würde das moralische Anliegen torpedieren, die globale Nahrungsmittelversorgung zu verbessern.
