Mechanismen der Veränderung von Organisationen

Abstract

Die vorliegende Schrift beschäftigt sich mit Mechanismen, die das Organisationsgeschehen prägen. Exemplarisch geht es dabei um Mechanismen, die für einen tiefgreifenden Wandel von Organisationen verantwortlich sind. Zunächst geht es um eine Klärung des Mechanismusbegriffs und darum, inwiefern die Betrachtung von Mechanismen dazu beitragen kann, soziale Prozesse besser zu verstehen. Anschließend werden 36 Mechanismen vorgestellt. Die Beschreibung dieser Mechanismen stützt sich auf theoretische Ansätze, die sich explizit oder implizit mit Fragen des organisationalen Wandels befassen. Abschließend erfolgt eine kurze Erörterung der Frage nach einer Forschungsstrategie, die geeignet ist, die Mechanismenbetrachtung für die theoretische Forschung fassbar zu machen.
