Dimensionen des Sozialverhaltens: Entwicklung einer Skala zur Selbsteinschätzung der sozialen Fähigkeiten

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie befasst sich mit der Entwicklung eines Instruments zur Einschätzung sozialer Fähigkeiten. Der Instrumentenentwicklung liegt das Modell der gelingenden Interak-tion zugrunde. Das Modell unterscheidet 4 Grundfähigkeiten: Kommunikation, Empathie, Visionsfähigkeit und Koordinationsfähigkeit. Als Datengrundlage dient eine umfangreiche Internetstudie an der sich mehrere Tausend Personen beteiligt haben. Es stellte sich heraus, dass sich die Gesamtskala sinnvoll in die vier angeführten Grundfähigkeiten unterteilen lässt. Außerdem konnte eine Kurzskala entwickelt werden, die hinreichend gute Reliabilitätswerte aufweist.
