Abstract

In den vergangenen zehn Jahren haben Bund, Länder und Kommunen viele zusätzliche Stellen geschaffen. Die Anzahl der Beschäftigten - sozialversicherungspflichtige Arbeitnehmer und Beamte - ist insgesamt um 14 Prozent gestiegen. Am stärksten fiel der Zuwachs bei den Kommunen aus.
