Kooperationsneigung, Vernetzung und Erfolg von Unternehmen - Das Beispiel der Biotechnologiebranche

Abstract

Angesichts des schnellen technologischen Wandels und der Globalisierung der Wirtschaft gewinnt die Kooperation für Unternehmen an Bedeutung. Das gilt vor allem in forschungsintensiven Branchen, so auch in der modernen Biotechnologie. In diesem neuen Wirtschaftszweig ist die Kooperationsneigung stark ausgeprägt. Nach theoretischen Implikationen wirken sich die Kooperation und Netzwerkeinbindung positiv auf die Entwicklung von Unternehmen aus.
