Arbeitslosenversicherung: Spielraum für Senkung des Beitragssatzes

Abstract

Trotz der Eintrübung der wirtschaftlichen Aussichten für Deutschland wird die Bundesagentur für Arbeit auch in den Jahren 2019 und 2020 Überschüsse erzielen. Der Autor zeigt, dass die allgemeine Rücklage der Bundesagentur (23,5 Mrd. Euro zum Jahresende 2018) weiter steigen wird. Daher hält er eine weitere Beitragssatzsenkung angesichts der extrem hohen Rücklage für angebracht.
