Abstract

Kapitel II stellt Erklärungsansätze vor, warum es zu dieser permissiven Entwicklung kam und warum trotzdem die diskriminierenden Drittländerwirkungen gegenüber den Effizienzeffekten eines größeren Marktes in Grenzen gehalten werden konnten. Kapitel III diskutiert Therapievorschläge, um der multilateralen Ordnung wieder mehr Durchschlagskraft zu verschaffen, während Kapitel IV sowohl Diagnose als auch Therapie vor dem Hintergrund technologischer Innovationen im Welthandel einordnet.
