Sonderwirtschaftszonen in einer sich globalisierenden Welt: Zur aktuellen Situation der russischen Exklave Kaliningrad

Abstract

Die Beschäftigung mit Sonderwirtschaftszonen ist in einer sich globalisierenden Welt von besonderem Interesse. Der Autor des vorliegenden Bandes untersucht die Aufgaben und Ziele von Sonderwirtschaftszonen und deren Kompatibilität mit den einschlägigen WTO-Regelungen, die er als völkerrechtswirksamen Rechtsrahmen des Globalisierungsprozesses definiert. Schließlich beleuchtet der vorliegende Band die Wirkungen, die von der Einrichtung von Sonderwirtschaftszonen auf den Globalisierungsprozess unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Sonderwirtschaftszone Kaliningrad ausgehen.
