Bedarfe und Chancen der beruflichen Bildung für die Energiewende in der Emscher-Lippe-Region

Abstract

Hohe Arbeitslosenquoten und eine relativ junge Bevölkerung stellen den Arbeitsmarkt und das Bildungsangebot der Region Emscher-Lippe vor Herausforderungen. Gleichzeitig bedingt die ökologische Transformation neue Ausbildungsanforderungen und erfordert Fachkräfte, was eine Chance für die berufliche Bildung in der Region darstellt. Handelnde aus Bildung, Kommunen und Wirtschaft der Region erarbeiteten in der Zukunftscampus Initiative neue Ansätze der beruflichen Bildung für die Energiewende. Berufsmobilität, berufsvorbereitende Bildungsmaßnahmen und außerbetriebliche Berufsausbildung sind zusätzliche Lösungsansätze, um die Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarktintegration von unterversorgten jungen Menschen zu ermöglichen. Denn diese Personengruppe könnte perspektivisch in der Region wieder zunehmen.
