Berufsorientierung im digitalen Wandel: Herausforderungen und Perspektiven in der Jugendhilfe

Abstract

Die Corona-Pandemie hat bei freien Trägern der Jugendhilfe einen Digitalisierungsschub ausgelöst. Für die Zukunft geht es darum, die Erfahrungen für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von systematischen Strategien digitaler Transformation zu nutzen. Digitale Lösungen können Präsenzangebote nicht ersetzen, aber vorbereiten, ergänzen und individuell erweitern. Eine Orientierung an der digitalen Lebenswelt junger Menschen ermöglicht eine bessere Erreichbarkeit. Eine Strategie digitaler Transformation erfordert Ressourcen für Hardware und Netz-Infrastruktur, eine Organisationsentwicklung bei Trägern, die Stärkung digitaler Kooperation innerhalb von Teams und mit Dritten sowie die Möglichkeit für Fachkräfte, Medienkompetenz auf- und auszubauen.
