Altersgerechte Arbeitsgestaltung: Betriebliche Maßnahmen für ältere Beschäftigte in Betrieben mit Personal- bzw. Betriebsrat

Abstract

Mitbestimmung zentral: 92,5 % der Betriebe mit Personal- bzw. Betriebsrat bieten Maßnahmen für Ältere an. Das ist 5-mal häufiger als in der Gesamtschau der Betriebe. Betriebsgröße relevant: Kleine Betriebe setzen stärker auf Maßnahmen zur Belastungsanpassung als mittlere oder große Betriebe. Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Altersdiversität finden sich am häufigsten in großen Betrieben. Nachholbedarf: Nutzen Betriebe Vorruhestandsregelungen, bieten sie seltener weitere Maßnahmen an, um älteren Beschäftigten die Arbeit bis zur Regelaltersgrenze zu erleichtern. Potenzial: Führungskräfteschulungen in Bezug auf Ältere ist die seltenste Maßnahme. Aber: In Betrieben, in denen Führungskräfte in Bezug auf Ältere geschult werden, werden viele weitere Maßnahmen an- geboten.
