Die Struktur der Landwirtschaft in der Metropolregion Hamburg

Abstract

In der Studie wird nach einer kurzen Einführung zunächst die ökonomische Bedeutung der Landwirtschaft für die Metropolregion Hamburg herausgearbeitet. Es wird beleuchtet, welche Rolle der Landwirtschaft auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und bei der Wertschöpfung in der Region zukommt und wie sich diese in der jüngeren Vergangenheit entwickelt hat. Im dritten Abschnitt folgt eine detaillierte Auswertung der Daten zur Bodennutzung. Hier wird untersucht, wie die landwirtschaftlichen Flächen der Metropolregion genutzt werden, welche Feldfrüchte angebaut werden und wie sich ihre Ertragsraten in der Vergangenheit dargestellt haben. Der anschließende Abschnitt geht auf die Struktur der landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe ein. Neben den Betriebsgrößen und ihrer betriebswirtschaftlichen Ausrichtung wird auch die Entwicklung des ökologischen Landbaus beschrieben. Der Bericht schließt mit einer Zusammenfassung und einem Ausblick.
