Branchenanalyse regionale Energieversorgungsunternehmen: Bedeutung und Beschäftigungswirkung vor dem Hintergrund der Energiewende

Abstract

Die Novellierung des Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetzes hat einen Investitions- und Auftragsschub bei den regionalen Energieversorgern in Deutschland ausgelöst. Aktuell und in den kommenden Jahren investieren deren Stromverteilnetzbetreiber Rekordsummen in den Netzausbau; nach Jahren des Stellenabbaus gehen die Beschäftigtenzahlen in der Branche wieder nach oben. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser veränderten Rahmenbedingungen beschreibt die Studie die aktuelle Situation der regionalen Energieversorger und ihrer Stromverteilnetzbetreiber, mit einem Fokus auf Entwicklungsperspektiven und die Herausforderungen für Arbeit und Beschäftigung.
