Branchenanalyse Wach- und Sicherheitsdienste

Abstract

Private Wach- und Sicherheitsdienste übernehmen immer mehr wichtige Aufgaben für Unternehmen und die öffentliche Hand. Mit der Bedeutung des Sektors sind auch die Anzahl der Beschäftigten und die Branchenumsätze in den letzten Jahren deutlich gestiegen. Gleichzeitig bestehen die bekannten Probleme der Branche, die durch schlechte Einkommens- und Arbeitsbedingungen geprägt ist, weiterhin. Die Studie gibt einen Überblick über die wesentlichen Trends, Strukturmerkmale und Entwicklungen der Branche und beschreibt die wichtigsten Herausforderungen für Akteure der Mitbestimmung.
