Abstract

Die Studie dokumentiert die Ergebnisse berufsbiografischer Interviews mit Studienwechselnden auf DQR-Niveau 6. Im Fokus stehen Übergangserfahrungen in beide Richtungen der Systemdurchlässigkeit. Die eingenommene Betroffenenperspektive ergänzt die vorliegenden Erkenntnisse, die v. a. die institutionelle Sichtweise bei der Gestaltung von Durchlässigkeit berücksichtigen. Im Kern geht es um die Frage, wie sich institutionelle Muster zur Gestaltung von Durchlässigkeit in der Bildungs- und Berufsbiografie der Wechselnden niederschlagen und wie dies vor der Maßgabe von Bildungsgerechtigkeit zu bewerten ist.
