Europäisierungseffekte in der Übergangsgestaltung. Kurzfassung: Von Brüssel nach Flensburg

Abstract

Die zentrale Frage des zugrundeliegenden Projekts "Europäisierungseffekte in der Übergangsgestaltung" war: Wie wirken sich Europäisierungseffekte – sprich Förderprogramme und programmatische Papiere der EU – auf die regionale Gestaltung der Übergangsphase zwischen Schule und Beruf aus? Untersucht wurde dies am Beispiel Schleswig-Holsteins. Konstatiert werden deutliche Veränderungen in der Bildungslandschaft infolge der Diskurse über Jugendarbeitslosigkeit und ihrer Umsetzung in Fördermittel und -programme des Europäischen Sozialfonds. Diese wirkten allerdings nicht abgehoben von den im Land vorhandenen Strukturen und Herausforderungen, sondern wurden mit diesen verknüpft.
