Abstract

Digitalisierung schreitet auch in produktionsfernen indirekten Bereichen der Industrie und in Dienstleistungsbranchen voran. Dies gilt für unternehmensbezogene Dienstleistungen ebenso wie für Handel, Banken, Versicherung und Logistik. In dem Report wird eine erste Analyse über die Phänomene und Folgen der Digitalisierung von Dienstleistungsarbeit erarbeitet: Wie verschieben sich die Grenzen zwischen Handarbeit und Kopfarbeit, zwischen Industrie und Dienstleistung (Stichwort: Smart Services)? Wie unterschiedlich wirkt sich Digitalisierung in verschiedenen Branchen aus? Wie verändert Digitalisierung die Formen der Beschäftigung im Dienstleistungssektor? Und natürlich: Was sind die Felder der Gestaltung von Arbeit, und wie können die Interessenvertretungen der Beschäftigten diesen Strukturwandel mitgestalten?
