Die Emergenz (geteilter) Führungsstrukturen: Konzeptionelle Überlegungen zur sozialen Fundierung von Hierarchiegenese

Abstract

In diesem Beitrag werden die konzeptionellen Grundlagen für die Weiterentwicklung der Forschung zur geteilten Führung erarbeitet. Dazu werden zunächst die konzeptionellen Grundlagen und wesentliche empirische Erkenntnisse dieses Forschungsprogramms dargestellt und dabei verdeutlicht, weshalb die Erforschung der Emergenz von Führungsstrukturen besondere Anstrengungen rechtfertigt. Im Anschluss daran wird aufgezeigt, dass aus der Art und Weise, wie die Emergenz von Führung gegenwärtig gedacht und erforscht wird, die systematische Vernachlässigung für ihre Erklärung zentraler Dimensionen folgt. Ausgangspunkte für die notwendige Perspektiverweiterung und ihre konzeptionellen Implikationen sind dazu erstens eine inhaltlich und zeitlich erweiterte netzwerkanalytischen Kontextualisierung der Emergenz von Führung und zweitens eine kulturalistische Konzeption des Gegenstandes. Abschließend werden methodologische Implikationen der konzeptionellen Verschiebungen aufzeigen.
