Ambulante Pflege im ländlichen Raum: Überlegungen zur effizienten Sicherstellung von Bedarfsgerechtigkeit

Abstract

[Einleitung ...] Zunächst wird in diesem Beitrag detailliert auf den Begriff der Bedarfsgerechtigkeit eingegangen. Danach werden Determinanten der Entscheidung für ambulante pflegerische Versorgung als „bedarfsgerechtere“ Versorgungsart erläutert. Es folgt eine ausführliche Darstellung der gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen, denen sich das Pflegesystem gegenübersieht. Anschließend werden Lösungsansätze für eine nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung aufgezeigt. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt dieses Beitrags liegt auf der Organisation des Pflegemixes, zur Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten ambulanten pflegerischen Versorgung, wobei vor allem die Gewinnung und der effiziente Einsatz Ehrenamtlicher im Mittelpunkt stehen. Hierzu werden Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis ehrenamtlicher Tätigkeit und somit die Effizienz freiwilligen Engagements zu verbessern.
