Entscheidungstheoretisch fundierte Bewertung von Standardsoftware für das Projektmanagement

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden sieben weit verbreitete PM-Programme auf der Basis eines entscheidungstheoretischen Ansatzes beurteilt. Die verwendete multiattributive Wertfunktion berücksichtigt dabei auch die Ergebnisse einer repräsentativen experimentellen Untersuchung für das Grundmodell der Kapazitätsplanung. Auf der Grundlage einer Zielhierarchie sowie der Verwendung allgemeiner Wertfunktionen und Zielgewichte werden Aussagen über die PM-Programme hergeleitet. Damit bietet sich jedem Entscheidungsträger die Möglichkeit, durch die Spezifizierung individueller Wertfunktionen und Zielgewichte eine rationale Auswahlentscheidung zu treffen.
