Flexibilisierung als Strategie von Anbietern und Nachfragern innovativer Güter

Abstract

Das Streben nach Flexibilität hat in innovativen Beschaffungsentscheidungen den Rang eines eigenständigen Entscheidungsziels: Die Nachfrager wollen sich die Möglichkeit der Entschlußrevision offenhalten. Die Anbieter entsprechen diesem Streben nach Handlungsautonomie ihres Partners durch das Angebot unterschiedlicher Flexibilisierungsmöglichkeiten. Die wichtigsten Strategien der Nachfrager und der Verwender werden im Überblick vorgestellt. Sodann wird am Beispiel der Beschaffung von PC-Systemen illustriert, welches die wichtigsten Ansatzpunkte für derartige Flexibilisierungsbemühungen sind: Flexibilisierung der Hard- und Software und flexible Gestaltung der Verträge.
