Effect Of Integrated Yoga On Agreeableness And Performance Of Employees

Abstract

The personality of employees determine the performance of employee. Agreeableness is one of the Big Five Personality traits which affects the performance of employee. An empirical study is made to assess the effect of practicing Integrated Yoga on personality traits,including agreeableness of employee. 51 employees are given Yoga Intervention for four months and another 51 employees are not given any intervention. Using Big Five Personality Inventory, data is collected before, in the middle, and at the end of the study.
