Abstract

Los márgenes para fomentar el crecimiento del país a través de una ampliación del número de trabajadores activos no solo deben pensarse a partir de las cifras de desempleo o de las negociaciones colectivas por mejores salarios y condiciones de trabajo. En este mapa del mercado de trabajo argentino proponemos mirar más allá, analizar la actualidad y la evolución de mediano plazo, identificar los cambios positivos, problemáticas y oportunidades, y caracterizar los motores del cociente del empleo sobre la población total, determinante del producto y el crecimiento per cápita.
