Avances y desafíos de la escuela secundaria con formación laboral en Argentina

Abstract

El avance y la masificación de las nuevas tecnologías están modificando el mercado laboral. Vuelven obsoletos muchos oficios y profesiones tradicionales y exigen nuevas habilidades y capacidades. En esta transición, el sistema educativo es clave para garantizar que los futuros trabajadores puedan adaptarse lo mejor y más rápido posible a estos cambios, y tengan una inserción más fácil en el futuro. Para que el sistema educativo pueda cumplir esta función de manera eficaz debe poder responder a demandas y procesos productivos que están en constante cambio y evolución. Este trabajo relevó principalmente las experiencias de vinculación para la educación secundaria orientada y en las que intervienen los actores relevantes en el vínculo educación-trabajo: sector público, sector empresarial, sindicatos y organizaciones de la sociedad civil.
