Incidencia de la conflictividad laboral: medición y relación con el contexto macroeconómico

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación es doble. En primer lugar, se busca construir un Índice de Conflictividad Laboral (ICL) que identifique el grado de incidencia de la conflictividad laboral en Argentina a través de metodología de programación y minería de texto (text mining), utilizando como base información documentada en grandes medios de prensa. En segundo lugar, se busca utilizar el ICL generado para describir regularidades empíricas sobre el rol de la conflictividad en los resultados macroeconómicos de la negociación colectiva, principalmente salarios, actividad económica y expectativas asociadas al mercado de trabajo.
