Dayanikli Tuketim Mali Fiyat Dinamikleri

Abstract

Bu calismada, para politikasi uygulamalarindan etkilenmesi beklenen ve bu yonuyle para otoritesi acisindan onem tasiyan dayanikli tuketim mallari fiyatlarinin gelisiminde rol oynayan faktorler incelenmektedir. Elde edilen bulgular, dayanikli tuketim mali sektorunun disa acik konumu ve buna bagli olarak toplam arz i�inde ithalatin payinin goreli yuksekligi cercevesinde, dayanikli tuketim mallari fiyatlarinin seyrinde dis fiyat ve doviz kuru gelismelerinin guclu etkisine isaret etmektedir. Doviz kuru ve ithalat fiyatlarindaki degisimler maliyet kaynakli etkilerle birlikte, ithalat talebi uzerindeki tesiriyle talep yonlu etkileri de yansitmakta, ancak sonuclar maliyet yonlu etkilerin daha agirlikta oldugunu ortaya koymaktadir. Agirlikli olarak yurt i�ine uretim yapan mobilya sektorundeki talep gelismeleri ve dayanikli tuketim mali satin alma beklentisi fiyatlarin gelisiminde anlamli bulunan diger degiskenlerdir.
