Gebuehrenstrategien in einem disaggregierten Modell der Abfallwirtschaft

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Studie ueberpruefen wir verschiedene Gebuehrenstrategien der Dualen System Deutschland AG (DSD) darauf hin, ob sie die pareto-effiziente Allokation in der Abfallwirtschaft implementieren. Dabei greifen wir auf eine disaggregierte Modelloekonomie zurueck, in der Material extrahiert, für die Produktion eines verpackten Konsumgutes verwendet, anschließend recycelt, entsorgt und deponiert wird. Der DSD, die die Ruecknahmeverpflichtung der Produzenten operational umsetzt, wird empfohlen, ihre den Produzenten gegenwaertig auferlegten Gebuehren beizubehalten, während die von der DSD an die Verwerter zu zahlenden Gebuehren modifiziert werden sollten.
