Abstract

The development of the personnel potential of the federal state civil service plays a key role in improving the quality of public administration. The material presents an analysis of the trends in the staffing of federal executive bodies and the payment of civil servants. The results of the analysis allow to estimate the influence of optimizing the number of the state civil service on the staffing of the implementation of state programs
