Abstract

The monograph is based on the complex analysis of regional conditions of development of trade and purchasing activity in the region. Research opens the most actual aspects of functioning and mall development in the region, including: concept and essence of trade and its place and role of regional economy; problems of development of the consumer market and trade; questions of organizational legal support of development of a mall and consumer cooperation; tools and mechanisms of an assessment of competitiveness of trade sector in the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Chuvash Republic. In practical part of research attempt to estimate social and economic effect from realization of actions for trade development as a whole and trade and purchasing activity in particular in the Nizhny Novgorod Region is made.
