Abstract

글로벌 무역·통상 불확실성은 글로벌 공급망의 취약성을 드러내면서 국가간 경제협력과 통상정책에 새로운 도전을 야기하고 있다. 특히 미국과 중국 간 경제 및 기술 패권 경쟁은 단순히 두 나라 간의 무역 분쟁을 넘어서 글로벌 공급망과 글로벌 가치사슬을 재편하고, 전 세계 국가들의 대외 경제정책에도 변화를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 한국은 한-중미 FTA 체결 및 발효, 한-브라질 무역투자촉진프레임워크(TIPF: Trade and Investment Promotion Frame- work) 체결, 한-에콰도르 전략적경제협력협정(SECA: Strategic Economic Cooperation Agreement) 타결 등 중남미 지역과의 경제협력을 강화하려는 노력을 지속하고 있다. Global trade uncertainty is exposing vulnerabilities in the supply chain and presenting challenges to international economic cooperation. The U.S.-China competition for economic and technological dominance is reshaping global trade dynamics and influencing foreign economic policies worldwide. (the rest omitted)
