중동 주요국의 중소기업 육성정책과 한·중동 협력 확대방안(SME Promotion Policies in the Middle East and their Implications for Korea - the Middle East Cooperation)

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중동지역 중소기업의 특징과 경영환경, 중동 주요국의 육성전략 및 지원정책, 정부간 중소기업 협력사례 등과 함께 국내 중소기업의 대중동 진출 동향 및 애로요인을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 국내 중소기업의 대중동 진출 확대를 위한 기본적인 정책 방향과 효과적인 지원방안 및 한ㆍ중동 중소기업 협력방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 2010년대 이후 중동 국가들의 경제정책 변화를 심층적으로 이해하고, 이를 기반으로 ‘중소기업 협력’이라는 새로운 한ㆍ중동 경제협력 의제를 발굴하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 정부의 적극적인 지원정책이 뒷받침된다면 국내 중소기업들이 해외진출 역량을 강화하고 중동지역에서 새로운 사업 기회를 확보함으로써 중소기업 주도의 혁신 성장을 추진하기 위한 국정과제를 달성하는 데 일조할 수 있을 것이다. The aim of this research is to suggest policy proposals to enhance bilateral cooperation for SMEs(small and medium sized enterprises) between Korea and the Middle East through an examination of case studies of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Tunisia.
