Abstract

The salaried labour was the basis of Europe industrialisation and vice versa. During the 1950-1960’s, the rate of the economic growth was very high (reconstruction of Europe). Enterprises employed a lot of employees. During the 1970’s, the rate of economic growth went down. The social situation of employees became precarious. Social laws were questioned. Self-employed work did not disappear, even if many economists anticipated its disappearance. But, what will be the new way of the economic growth?
