Abstract

Резюме: Студията изследва института на отпуска поради временна неработоспособност през призмата на трудовото и осигурителното законодателство. Акцент в разработката е детайлната осигурително-правна уредба, явяваща се същностна част от института и гаранция за неговото приложение. На база на установените взаимовръзки и практически проблеми, авторите правят изводи, набелязват съвременните тенденции в развитието на нормите и правят предложения де леге ференда за усъвършенстване на законодателството.
