Abstract

It achieves remarkable capital inflows and to some extent provides material resources for farmers. This paper analyzes the complex relations between the stakeholders on domestic and foreign agricultural markets and tries to respond why despite un-doubtful quality of Macedonian agri-products, they are still not well known in Europe and worldwide. Macedonia has great potential to cover domestic needs for food, but also to export. The only way to expand agri-exports is changing the production structure (finalization and clustering), focusing on marketing and improving competitiveness based on the postulates of Michael Porter’s Theory of Competitive Advantages.
