Abstract

Il problema del risparmio energetico e dell’efficienza energetica nel comparto dei trasporti e della mobilità investe una pluralità di aspetti economici, tecnici e ambientali. La ricerca e la letteratura su questo tema è estremamente ampia e in continuo aggiornamento, sicché un’analisi esaustiva anche delle sole questioni basilari di questo tema richiederebbe tempi e risorse non compatibili con i limiti di questa indagine. In questo rapporto si presenta invece una sintesi delle risultanze più condivise e consolidate che possono avere rilevanza ai fini dell’implementazione di politiche focalizzate da parte di imprese ed istituzioni sia su scala locale che ad ampio raggio.
