Abstract

Резюме: Действащата правна уредба на прекратяването на трудовия договор на хабилитиран преподавател във висше училище поради навършване на определена възраст се съдържа в чл. 328, ал. 1, т. 10 от Кодекса на труда във връзка с чл. 59 от Закона за висшето образование и в § 11 от Преходните и заключителните разпоредби на този закон. Предмет на научното изследване е посочената разпоредба от Преходните и заключителните разпоредби на Закона за висшето образование, предвид на това, че тя се прилага противоречиво в практиката.
