Abstract

Резюме: В настоящото изследване се анализира проблематиката относно формата и наименованието на искането на работника или служителя за ползване на уредени в трудово право различни видове отпуск. Въз основа на теоретичния анализ на действащото българско трудово законодателство са направени съответните правни изводи, както и предложения de lege ferenda за неговото усъвършенстване.
