Abstract

Резюме: В научното изследване се обсъжда една от най-същностните правни характеристики на неплатения отпуск по чл. 160, ал. 1 от Кодекса на труда, а именно неговият неплатен характер. Направените правни изводи имат значение не само за този вид неплатен отпуск, но и изобщо за вида „неплатен отпуск”, и то през призмата на сравнението с платения отпуск.
