Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване са специалните нормативни положения относно правния статут на служителите по трудово правоотношение в Държавна агенция „Национална сигурност”. Разгледано е съотношението между специалния закон и общия трудов закон – Кодекса на труда. След критичен анализ на правната уредба са направени предложения de lege ferenda за усъвършенстване на законодателството.
